I would like to commend the Best Western Island Palms on the wonderful experience my family had at your resort last week.  The room was very comfortable and clean, the food in the blue wave restaurant was excellent.  The staff was helpful, pleasant and easy to deal with.  I would like to mention a special thanks to Danny at the front desk who went out of his way to help us, and to Kyle who knowledge of the city's wonderful sites was helpful in making our site seeing plans.  Once again thank you all for a great stay.
