After winning a Juno Award (i.e. the Canadian Grammy) for her latest album Little Machines, electro artist Lights has moved south of the border, bringing her up-beat brand of synth-pop to the States. An underground sensation who signed her first record deal at age 15, Lights has matured into a pop force of nature and a Coachella favorite. Now the Toronto-based singer is touring with retro folk/indie pop ensemble The Mowgli's (Waiting for the Dawn, Kids in Love). See these two bright-burning live acts when they play House of Blues San Diego with special guest K.Flay.
