Exciting Updates From Blue Wave Bar & Grill

2023 was a fantastic year for our local dining scene…and our own onsite restaurant was no exception! Our amazing chef, Andrew Mroz was recently designated “Employer Partner of the Year” by local food-based organization, Kitchens For Good, which is a testament to his contributions to San Diego’s dining scene. Our culinary team launched new menus throughout the year, with popular items like our Tableside Guacamole, Lobster Mac ‘n Cheese and creative seasonal cocktails taking center stage among hotel guests and local foodies. This fall, the pasta-whisperers behind Cesarina Group, took over the former home to Ocean Beach’s iconic BO-Beau, with the opening of Elivra.
