This year we are presenting a combined “all-ages” festival and beer garden event under the city’s guidelines. Festival entry is $5 for adults 21 and over. Entry is free for under 21 and active duty military with ID. The Irish Congress of Southern California event organizers reserve the right to refuse entrance to anyone.
